Life Coaching

A life coach is a professional who helps you reach a goal or make a change in your life.

Our aim, as your life coach, is to help you get out of your head and start to take action in areas of your life where you want change.

As your coach we motivate and inspire you to reach your full potential. We help you initiate change and move forward; avoiding the roadblocks that lead you astray. We want to improve your self-awareness, widen your thinking and help you become more focused and action orientated. We are here to move you toward positive change and meaningful goals.

Professional Life Coaches are not traditional therapists. The role of a therapist is to help you heal from your past. Therapists also provide support for medical and psychiatric issues. A Life Coach on the other hand is focused on the present and the future. We help you identify your goals and formulate a plan of action. Therapy and life coaching can work well together. We are always happy to work in conjunction with a client’s therapist where this joint effort is essential for success.

Life Coaching is effective in helping people…

  • Get unstuck and regain focus
  • Achieve balance in life
  • Revitalize educational goals and dreams
  • Improve parenting skills
  • Identify career goals and choices
  • Improve work performance
  • Prioritize routines and goals
  • Improve relationships with friends, family & co-workers
  • Improve motivation and decrease procrastination
  • Health care advocacy and support
  • Adjust to transitions in life

Ultimately, life coaching will be worth your time if you are determined and open to new ideas and are willing to put forth the effort to implement change.

As your life coach it’s not our purpose to offer advice or tell you what to do. Rather, we help you actualize your goals and dreams. We empower you to take charge!
